Why are bumpers useful?
A metal bumper is useful because it protects the front of the vehicle from damage and gives extra protection off-road. It also lets you fit a winch directly inside the bumper.
How powerful a winch do you need?
Enter the vehicle's gross weight including equipment and load. Recommendation: 1.5–2 × gross weight.
Why are lift kits useful?
Lift kits give the vehicle more ground clearance and improve its off-road capability.
Recovery gear
First aid in hard-to-reach terrain, in accidents or breakdowns.
