A winch without a new bumper
Not everyone wants a steel front bumper on their Hilux. The winch mounting plate gives the winch a place without changing the look of the front end. If the vehicle gets stuck in mud or snow in the forest, you pull yourself out with a cable anchored to a tree.
The 6 mm plate transfers the winch's pulling force and does not bend under load.
The plate is laser-cut and bent on a press brake, and the final shape is finished by hand. Zinc electroplating under the paint protects the plate from rust even at the front of the vehicle, where mud and salt fly the most. The standard colour is RAL 9005 matt black; another RAL colour is available on request.
