Old-school car, new rear end
The J80 is a body-on-frame car that still gets driven on trails and in the woods, and its rear end takes its share from rocks and stumps. The steel bumper takes that for it. When a rear wheel needs lifting out of a hole, you use the hi-lift holes, and when the car has to be pulled out from behind, the shackle mount points are there.
The final shape is done by hand so that the bumper sits precisely on the J80 frame. Shot blasting and epoxy primer under the powder coat keep corrosion away, and stainless bolts mean the fixings do not rust solid either.
Installation
All the mounting hardware is in the set, the bumper bolts to the frame and can be removed when needed. Shackle mounts are not included, you can add them from the options.
Delivery
A large, heavy item – we ship it on a pallet as freight, it will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
