What it changes
If the D-Max has larger tires, you also need a larger spare tire. A holder mounted on the modular shoulder holds the wheel at the rear of the car, where it can be removed even when there is mud and water underneath.
The gas spring makes it easy to move, even when the car is parked on a slope. According to the manufacturer, the design prevents rattling and vibrations in the cabin.
There is a zinc powder primer under the powder coating. The standard color is RAL 9005 matte black, but other RAL colors can be ordered upon request.
Installation
All necessary parts are included. The hi-lift mount shown in the pictures is not included. The product may differ from the picture in some details.
