What it gives you
The J125 has a short rear end, but on the trail it still catches on rocks. The steel bumper takes the scraping, and the 5 mm frame mounts keep it on the chassis even when the knock is a hard one.
More importantly, there is now a proper place at the back for a shackle when the vehicle has to be pulled out of mud, and with two hi-lift points you can lift the rear without worrying about the body panels.
Installation
Mounting hardware is included and the bumper comes off when needed. Shackle mounts are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The bumper is large and heavy, so it comes as palletised freight – it will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
The bumper is not homologated, and fitting it is a modification to the vehicle's construction – before using it on public roads, check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements.
