Where it pays off

The FJ is short and good at corners, but the transmission and transfer case hang out in the middle. When you go over a rocky ridge, they are the ones that come into contact. The plate covers both at the same time, so there is no need for two separate guards.

The 6 mm aluminum is laser cut, bent on a press brake, and hand finished so the plate fits perfectly. Aluminum doesn't rust and is lighter than steel. You can remove the plate for maintenance and then put it back on afterwards.

Installation

All mounting elements are included. The protection can be easily removed if necessary.
