Mitsubishi Pajero Sport I, years 1996-2000 and 2000-2008. The holder is made F4X4 spare wheel holder and works with F4X4 bike racks.

Hi-lift to the right place
The hi-lift is long and heavy, and no one wants to see it loose in the cabin. The jack is on the spare wheel holder, but it is securely fastened. If the car gets stuck in the mud, it is at hand in two movements - no need to empty the luggage compartment to reach the jack.
Minor differences from the picture are possible.
According to the manufacturer, the holder works with F4X4 spare wheel holders, so the jack and spare wheel are in one place and the mount remains stable even on rough terrain. The holder has a zinc powder primer under the paint, so scratches won't rust right away.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included. The holder bolts to the spare wheel carrier and is removable if necessary.
