A lighter nose for the J80
The J80 is already a heavy vehicle, and a steel winch bumper piles even more weight onto the front axle. Here the bumper itself is aluminium, so the winch still gets its place inside the bumper but the front end stays lighter. The bumper is tied to the frame with steel brackets, because those are what take the load when you winch.
The auxiliary light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick matching lights straight from the options. You can see all the lights here– ask us what else is available.
Before powder coating the bumper is shot blasted and epoxy primed, and the bolts are stainless. This bumper has no hi-lift holes, even though the pictures show them.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included; the bumper bolts to the frame and comes off again when needed. Shackle mounts and lights are not included, you can add them from the options.
Delivery
A large, heavy item – it comes as palletised freight and will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
