The Defender and a winch
A Defender 110 often goes where you need a winch to get back out, and then the winch has to be firmly fixed to the frame. The winch mount on this bumper is 5 mm steel and attaches straight to the frame together with the frame mounts – an angled pull does not twist anything out of shape and neither the winch nor the car gets damaged. Two hi-lift holes let you lift the front end when needed.
The Defender's lights and grille sit fairly exposed at the front, and the bull bar takes the branches instead of them.
The holes for auxiliary lights are already in the bumper, and you can pick matching lights straight from the options. You can see all the lights here– ask us what else is available.
The bumper is shot blasted and epoxy primed, the bull bar zinc powder primed – both finished in RAL 9005 matt black. The bolts are stainless.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included; the bumper bolts to the frame and the bull bar to the bumper. Shackle mounts and lights are not included, you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The kit is large and heavy, so it comes as palletised freight. It will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock at the time, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper and bull bar is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
