The J80 and heavy terrain

The J80 is a heavy vehicle and its bumper has to match. Here the body is made from 4 mm steel and the winch mounting plate from 5 mm sheet.

The winch can be mounted straight onto the plate. With a Hi-Lift you lift the vehicle by the bumper when a wheel is stuck, and the halogen light holes take auxiliary lights for driving in the forest at night.

Installation

All fixings are included; the bumper bolts to the frame and is removable if needed. Shackle mounts are purchased separately. The product may differ in some details from the picture.
