On a long trip
The 200 is built for going a long way and it is a heavy vehicle, so when it bogs down in mud or snow somewhere, the winch is what gets you home. The winch has its own well-thought-out place inside the bumper, and the bumper itself is held to the frame by 5 mm mounts, so even a pull from the side leaves the mount intact and does no harm to the winch or the vehicle. The two hi-lift points let you raise the front end when something needs to go under a wheel.
The auxiliary light holes are already in the bumper, and you can choose suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
Before powder coating the surface is shot blasted and given an epoxy primer, and the mounting bolts are stainless steel.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included; the bumper bolts to the frame and can be removed later. Shackle mounts and lights are not included, and you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The bumper is large and heavy; it comes as palletised freight and will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer has none in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting a front bumper is a modification to the vehicle, so check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements before taking it on public roads.
