In mud and rocks
The J105 is a classic among expedition vehicles, and most of them carry a winch up front. When the vehicle sinks into the mud there are two options – winch to a tree or put a hi-lift under the bumper – and this bumper has a place for both. The winch mount and frame mounts are 5 mm steel, so even on an angled pull the mount stays intact and neither the winch nor the vehicle gets damaged.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
Under the powder coat there's shot blasting and epoxy primer, the bolts are stainless, and the colour can be picked from the RAL chart if you wish.
Installation
Mounting hardware is included and the bumper bolts on, so it can also be removed. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
Big and heavy goods – we send it as palletised freight, it will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production time is 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
