In the forest and the mud

The third-generation L200 is a simple, tough pickup, but its plastic front end can't take a stump or a rock. The sheet-steel bumper takes the impact and the winch mounting plate lets you fit a winch at the front. If the vehicle gets stuck in mud, you can pull yourself out to a tree.

Shot blasting and epoxy primer keep rust away, and the stainless bolts will still come undone years later.

• 3 mm sheet steel body
• 5 mm winch mounting plate and frame mounts
• Holes for shackle mounts, two Hi-Lifts and halogen lights
• Laser-cut, bent on a CNC press brake and hand-finished
• Shot blasted and epoxy primed
• Powder coat RAL 9005, matt black fine texture; also available in other RAL colours

Installation

All fixings are included. The bumper bolts to the chassis and can be removed later. Shackle mounts must be ordered separately. The product may differ from the picture in some details.

Delivery

We ship by freight – the package is big and heavy, too large for a parcel locker.

Bear in mind: fitting a front bumper is a modification to the vehicle. Before driving on public roads, check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements.
