Equip'addict snorkel Hummer H3

Hummer H3: The snorkel moves the air intake from the wing to the roof edge. The engine gets cleaner air and water doesn't get through the air filter into the turbo or cylinders.

Use

You will benefit the most from this when driving in dust: in a field, quarry or on gravel behind another car. The air filter will clog more slowly and the engine will not lose power.

The benefits are equally clear in water. The air intake is at roof level and before water starts coming in through the door, the engine sucks it in.

Installation

You will need to cut a hole in the wing and drill holes in the pillar, so this is a final change, you can't go back to the original. The installation template in the kit shows where to cut and drill. Seal the joints carefully.
