DWH 4500 HDL

The DWH 4500 HDL is the extended-drum version: the longer drum holds more cable and keeps the cable layers lower, so the pulling capacity drops less. On the first cable layer the winch spools at 6.3 m/min with no load and 2.1 m/min at full load. On the last, 5th layer the pulling capacity drops to 1001 kg, so for a heavy pull spool the cable out first to work on the lower layers.

Installation

Mounting hole spacing is 168 mm × 76 mm. Exact dimensions are on the technical drawing among the product images.

Current draw at full load is up to 160 A. The power cables are connected directly to the battery.

In the box: the steel cable winch comes with a roller fairlead. Other contents are shown in the product photos.
