Use

The air is cooler and cleaner at higher altitudes: when working in the fields and forests, you don't have to shake out the filter every now and then.

A snorkel doesn't make the car waterproof (the axle, gearbox, and electronics need separate attention), but it does keep the engine's air intake out of the water.

Installation

To install, you need to cut an air intake hole in the wing and drill the mounting holes, this is the final modification. The template in the kit shows where to cut and drill. Carefully seal the connections so that water and dust cannot get through. The installation instructions are below in PDF format. The work will take a couple of hours for an experienced person, but if you are doing it for the first time, expect half a day.

Certificate

Every Bravo Snorkel set comes with certificate of conformity with European Union directives, which apply to the use of a snorkel on public roads. The certificate states the snorkel material and product identification data.

In addition, the product's suitability for the European market has been tested and confirmed by an independent engineering firm. REINVAC. Keep the certificate with the car's documents, you can show it if asked during the inspection.
