The J80 on tough ground
The J80 is a heavy vehicle and its bumper has to match, which is why the body here is 4 mm steel. The winch fixes to a 5 mm steel mount inside the bumper and the bumper bolts to the chassis with mounts of the same thickness, so even on an angled pull the mount stays put and neither the winch nor the vehicle gets damaged. When a wheel is stuck, you lift the vehicle from the bumper with a hi-lift – there are two holes for it.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
Before powder coating, the bumper is shot blasted and epoxy primed, then finished in fine-textured matt black or another RAL colour on request.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included, the bumper bolts to the chassis and can be removed if needed. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
Oversized goods: it comes as palletised freight and won't fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production time is 2 weeks.
