Against the stones

The 100 Series gearbox hangs between the frame and on a rocky track it is the first thing to get hit when the car lands on its belly. The 6mm aluminium is stiff enough to absorb the impact, and the smooth surface allows the car to slide off the obstacle.

The plate is laser cut and bent on a press, and finally hand finished to fit exactly in place. Aluminum does not rust and is lighter than steel of the same thickness. The guard is not type approved and the product may differ from the picture in some details.

Installation

The mounting hardware is included. The protection can be put on and taken off if necessary.
