Automatic transmission is expensive

The bottom of the Pajero automatic transmission is low and the crankcase can easily break if it hits a rock. In the case of an old car, the price of a new transmission is often higher than the value of the car itself. A 6 mm aluminum plate is cheap insurance.

The plate is laser cut, bench bent and hand finished to fit snugly under the box. The 6mm aluminium absorbs rocks and mud that would otherwise reach the box body. The protection can be removed for maintenance. The manufacturer notes that there is no type approval.

The protection is made specifically for cars with 2.8 diesel and automatic transmission - the manufacturer does not mention compatibility with Pajero II with other engines, so check your car. The product may differ from the photo in some details.

Installation

The mounting parts are included, the plate can be removed if necessary.
