A clean nose for the Y60
This is the same strong Y60 bumper, just without light holes – if you are not planning extra lights at the front, the nose stays cleaner. The Y60 is a heavy car and when it gets stuck in mud it stays there properly, which is why the winch mounts inside the bumper on a 5 mm part and the bumper is properly fixed to the frame. That way an angled pull does not twist the winch mount or damage the winch or the car. Two hi-lift points let you lift the front when needed.
Before powder coating the bumper is shot blasted and epoxy primed, and the bolts are stainless steel.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included, the bumper bolts to the chassis and can be removed when needed. Shackle mounts are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
A large, heavy item – it comes as palletised freight and will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
