F4X4 rod guard steel for Land Rover Discovery II original rod

Land Rover Discovery II, car with original front bumper. The product is not type approved. The protection is made according to the shape and mounting points of the factory bumper, so the bumper does not need to be replaced.

What it changes
There's a bar under the front of the Discovery II that bends when it hits a rock or stump in the wheel track. The guard covers it, so the plate takes the hit. There's no need to replace the bars - the guard attaches to the original bars, so it's a cheaper way to protect the front end.
The guard is laser cut and bent on a CNC machine, the final fit is done by hand. The surface is shot blasted, epoxy primed and zinc powder primed, then coated with a fine-structure matte black RAL 9005. The mounting bolts are rust-free, so the guard will not need to be removed for maintenance even after years. The product does not have a type approval.
