Behind a shortened Y60
Anyone who has shortened the back of a Y60 knows why: climbing a steep bank or out of a ditch, the rear no longer gets caught so easily. But if a rock does get in the way, it meets 4 mm steel and 5 mm frame mounts.
If the truck is sitting on its belly in mud, put a strap on a shackle mount and pull it out backwards. The two hi-lift points are there so you can lift the rear without the jack sliding along the body.
Installation
Mounting hardware is included, the bumper bolts to the chassis and comes off again when needed. Shackle mounts are not included – you can choose them from the options.
Delivery
The bumper is large and heavy and comes as palletised freight; it will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
