What it changes

The bar under the bar is the first target for rocks and stumps. If the wheel track is deep and there is a high rock or root in the middle, the 4mm plate will take the hit, not the bar itself. The guard is laser cut and CNC bent so it fits the F4X4 bar mounting points without any adjustments. The primer and powder coating keep rust at bay even if the car sits in salty mud for weeks. The stainless bolts mean the guard can be removed without a cutting disc next time.

From the production side: the parts are laser cut and bent on a CNC bending machine, the final fit is done by hand. Before painting, the surface is shot blasted and epoxy primed, then a fine-structure matte black RAL 9005 is applied. This is the same finish as the F4X4 bar itself, so the guard and bar look like one piece.

Installation

All mounting hardware is included. The guard bolts to the F4X4 bar.
