The J100 for expeditions
Anyone building a proper expedition car out of a J100 knows how quickly the cabin and the roof fill up. With this bumper two spare wheels ride behind the car and the space stays free for other kit. The steel rear end takes the rocks and the ground when you climb out of a ditch, a shackle mount lets you pull the car out from behind, and two hi-lift points let you lift the rear end.
Before powder coating, the bumper is shot blasted and epoxy primed, with matt black RAL 9005 on top, and the bolts are stainless steel.
Installation
All the mounting hardware is included and the bumper bolts to the frame, it can be taken off when needed. Shackle mounts are not part of the set, you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The package is big and heavy, so we ship it as palletised freight – it will not fit in a parcel locker.
If it is not in the manufacturer's stock at the moment, production takes 2 weeks.
The bumper is a modification to the vehicle: before you take it onto public roads, check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements.
