Where is it needed?

The Hilux's tank hangs from the frame under the cab and is exposed to rocks on the sides. It takes a beating on tracks and stumps that the plastic cover can't withstand. The 6 mm aluminum keeps the tank intact and is light enough that the load capacity doesn't suffer.

The plate is laser cut, formed on a bending machine and hand finished. It fits the newer, 2020- Revo; there is a separate protection for the 2016-2019 car.

Installation

The kit includes all mounting hardware. The guard bolts on and can be removed if necessary. The product may differ in some details from the picture.
