The J200 and a heavy rear end
The J200 is a heavy car, and when it gets stuck, it does not help if there is nowhere solid to hook on at the back. The short rear bumper covers the middle of the rear end, and the shackle mount points sit right on the bumper, which in turn is fixed to the frame with 5 mm mounts. Two hi-lift points make it easier to lift a rear wheel when it needs to come out of a hole or off a rock.
The parts are laser cut, bent on a CNC press brake and finished by hand so that the bumper sits precisely on the J200 frame. The surface is shot blasted and epoxy primed with a matt black powder coat on top, and the bolts are stainless steel.
Installation
All the mounting hardware comes with it, the bumper bolts to the frame and is easy to take off when needed. Shackle mounts are not part of the set, you can add them from the options.
Delivery
We ship it as palletised freight – an item this big and heavy will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock right away, it is made within 2 weeks.
Bear in mind that fitting the bumper is a vehicle modification – check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements before driving on public roads.
