A winch up front, aluminium around it
A pickup's front end already carries the engine, and once a winch goes on as well, every kilo on the nose counts. That's why this bumper's body is 4–5 mm aluminium, while it still fixes to the frame with steel brackets and has the winch mount built in. The shackle mount points take shackles for hooking on a strap or rope.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
The finish is done in three stages: shot blasting, epoxy primer and a fine-textured RAL 9005 matt black powder coat on top. The bolts are stainless, and the bumper can also be ordered in another RAL colour.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included, the bumper fixes on with stainless bolts and can be taken off when you don't need it. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The package is large, so it goes out as palletised freight. It won't fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer has none in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
