For what?

The modular carrier is a base where you can attach equipment you need on a trip. A Quartermaster owner planning a longer trip can use it to lift some of their equipment onto the car and free up space in the box. The manufacturer does not specify the thickness of the material.

Installation

All mounting parts are included and the holder can be removed if necessary. Bike rack not included, although it is visible in the picture. The product may differ slightly from the picture.
