Heavy vehicle, solid mounting
The J100 is a heavy vehicle, and when it sinks into soft ground the forces in a recovery are big. That is why the winch mount and frame mounts are 5 mm sheet steel and the bumper is fixed properly to the frame – so an angled pull will not twist the winch mount or damage the winch or the vehicle. The bumper takes rocks and stumps from below, the bull bar protects the lights and grille from branches, and two hi-lift points let you lift the front.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
The bull bar comes off the bumper: in town you drive with just the bumper, and for a trip into the woods you put the bull bar back on. Before powder coating the bumper is shot-blasted and epoxy primed.
Installation
Mounting hardware for both parts is included, the bumper bolts to the frame and the bull bar to the bumper, and both can be removed when needed. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
A large, heavy item – it comes as palletised freight and will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper and bull bar is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
