Toyota Hilux Revo from 2020. Version with openings for auxiliary lights. The bumper is not homologated.

What it changes
The new Revo's front end gets steel that a winch bolts straight onto. The winch mount and frame mounts are 5 mm steel – exactly where the winch pull ends up – so a stuck Hilux can pull itself out of the mud and an angled pull won't twist the mount. The bumper's two holes give a hi-lift a solid lifting point when the front needs raising.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
The parts are laser cut and bent on a CNC press brake, with the final fit done by hand. Under the powder coat there's shot blasting and epoxy primer, and the bolts are stainless.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included and the bumper bolts to the chassis; it can be removed if needed. Shackle mounts and lights are not in the kit – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The large, heavy package goes out as palletised freight. It won't fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer is out of stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting a front bumper is a modification to the vehicle's construction, so check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements before going on public roads.
