Why slim

The Hilux is often a work truck and a family car at the same time, and not everyone needs a wide expedition bumper. The slim version gives the winch a place inside the bumper and covers the front with steel, with the whole structure made from 2–5 mm steel sheet. The shackle mount point takes a shackle for hooking on a recovery strap when the truck has to be pulled out of mud or snow.

The surface is shot blasted and epoxy primed, finished in RAL 9005 matt black. The bolts are stainless.

Installation

Mounting hardware is included, the bumper bolts on and can be removed. The shackle mount is not included – you can add it from the options.

Delivery

We send it as palletised freight – because of its size and weight it will not fit in a parcel locker.

If the manufacturer has none in stock straight away, production takes 2 weeks.

Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
