Toyota Hilux 2005-2008, version with fender flares. The bumper has auxiliary light holes and the bull bar is made for this exact F4X4 bumper.

At work in the week, in the woods at the weekend

The Hilux hauls loads during the week and heads for the trail at the weekend, where soft ground does not care how much is in the back. The winch sits inside the bumper on the 5 mm winch mount and the bumper is bolted to the frame with its frame mounts, so an angled pull will not twist the mount or damage the winch or the vehicle. The bull bar guards the lights from branches, and the two hi-lift points let you lift the front when needed.

The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.

Before powder coating the bumper is shot-blasted and epoxy primed, the bull bar is zinc powder primed, and the bolts are stainless steel.

Installation

Bumper mounting hardware is included, the bumper bolts on and can be removed, and the bull bar mounts on the bumper and can be taken off separately. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.

Delivery

The set is large and heavy and comes as palletised freight. It will not fit in a parcel locker.

If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.

Fitting the bumper and bull bar is a modification to the vehicle, so check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before taking it on public roads.
