A work truck's front end
This generation of Hilux is often a work or hunting truck, and it ends up in places where help is far away. The winch mounts inside the bumper on the 5 mm winch mount and the bumper is attached to the frame with its frame mounts, so you can pull yourself out of a bog or a field, and even an angled pull will not twist the mount or damage the winch or the vehicle. The bull bar takes the branches and stones that would otherwise break the lights, and two hi-lift points let you lift the front.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
When the bull bar is not needed, it comes off. Before powder coating the bumper is shot-blasted and epoxy primed, and the bull bar is zinc powder primed.
Installation
Bumper mounting hardware is included, and the bumper bolts to the frame and can be removed when needed. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The item is bulky and heavy, so we deliver it as palletised freight. It cannot be sent via a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Bear in mind that the bumper and bull bar are a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
