The HZJ71 and the winch
The short HZJ71 goes where a longer vehicle would get stuck – but when it finally does get stuck, the winch has to be attached to something that will not give. Up front is a 4 mm bumper whose 5 mm winch mount and frame mounts send the pull straight into the frame, so an angled pull will not twist the mount or damage the winch or the vehicle. Two hi-lift points help lift the front when a wheel needs to come out of a hole.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
The bull bar covers the lights and radiator grille against branches, and for longer stretches on tarmac you can unbolt it. Before painting the bumper is shot-blasted and epoxy primed.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included, and the bumper and bull bar both bolt on and are removable. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
A large and heavy set – it comes as palletised freight, not to a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper and bull bar is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
