When the way ahead is blocked
When you cannot go any further forward, the truck often has to be pulled out backwards. The shackle mount points in the rear bumper give you a solid spot for that without wrapping a rope round the axle, and the 5 mm frame mounts take the pull straight into the chassis.
With a hi-lift you can get the rear up when a back wheel has sunk into the mud. Four-millimetre steel means that a rock or stump hit while reversing is the bumper's problem, not the body's, and the stainless bolts will not leave brown streaks after a winter of road salt.
Installation
All mounting hardware is included and the bumper can be removed later. Shackle mounts are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The rear bumper comes as palletised freight – its size and weight mean it will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.
