The Jimny and the winch

The Jimny is light and gets a long way, but a bog will swallow it too. With a winch you pull yourself out using a strap fixed to a tree, without waiting for someone with a tractor. A winch mounting plate is a simpler and cheaper route to a winch than a full front bumper.

The plate is electro-galvanised and powder coated; the standard colour is matt black RAL 9005. Other RAL colours are available to order. A 6 mm plate is thick for a Jimny-sized vehicle, and the winch stays put even at full pull.

All fixings are supplied. The winch is sold separately.
