Small car, solid rear end
A Jimny goes where bigger vehicles no longer fit, and there the rocks and ditch edges are close. The short rear end often takes a knock, and then it is good to have 4 mm steel and 5 mm frame mounts there rather than factory plastic.
When you have to come out backwards, a shackle mount gives your friend a solid point for the strap. With two hi-lift points you can get the back of the little car up quickly when a wheel drops into a hole.
Installation
Mounting hardware is included and the bumper can be removed later. Shackle mounts are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The car may be small, but the bumper is a large and heavy item – it comes as palletised freight and will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
The bumper is not homologated, and fitting it is a modification to the vehicle's construction – before using it on public roads, check the Estonian Transport Administration's registration requirements.
