Small Suzuki, a proper winch
The Grand Vitara is light and gets you a long way, but on a forest track the front end is the first thing to meet a rock or a stump. Here the hit is taken by a 4 mm steel bumper, and the winch sits inside it on a 5 mm winch mount tied to the frame through the frame mounts – so an angled pull will not twist the mount or damage the winch or the vehicle. The two hi-lift points let you lift the front when needed.
The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. You can see all our lights here– ask us what else is available.
The bull bar goes on top of the bumper and protects the lights, and when you do not need it, take it off. Before powder coating the bumper is shot-blasted and epoxy primed.
Installation
Bumper mounting hardware is included, the bumper bolts to the frame, and the bull bar mounts on the bumper and is removable. Shackle mounts and lights are not included – you can add them from the options.
Delivery
The set is large and heavy, so it travels as palletised freight. It will not fit in a parcel locker.
If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.
Fitting the bumper and bull bar is a modification to the vehicle – check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before taking it on public roads.
