A winch for your Patrol

The Patrol Y61 is heavy, and when it sinks into the mud it has to be pulled out with a winch. The 6 mm steel winch mounting plate is where the winch is fixed. That is all you need if you are not planning to change the bumper.

The plate is laser-cut and bent on a press brake, and its final shape is given by hand finishing, so it lines up precisely with the Patrol's mounting points. Corrosion protection is galvanic zinc plating with fine-texture matt black RAL 9005 powder coat on top. The 6 mm steel does not bend when the winch pulls a heavy vehicle out of deep mud. Cable round a tree or anchor, start the winch and the Patrol comes out. For a Patrol GU4 owner this is the simplest route to a winch without rebuilding the whole front end.

Installation

All mounting hardware is included. Other RAL colours can be ordered from the manufacturer.
