The kit includes the F4X4 front bumper with auxiliary light holes and its bull bar. The bumper is not homologated.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Winch mount and frame mounts made of 5 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matt black with a fine texture, other RAL colours to order<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliary light holes, shackle mount positions, two hi-lift points for lifting<\/li>\n<li>Bull bar from 4 mm steel, mandrel bent<\/li>\n<li>Bull bar zinc powder primed and powder coated in RAL 9005 matt black, removable<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZJBB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>A new front end for an old ZJ<\/h2>\n<p>The ZJ is a simple 4x4 that is easy to build on, and this kit gives it a front end that can handle the forest. The winch goes inside the bumper on 5 mm steel that is one piece with the frame mounts, so when you pull out of a ditch you do not have to worry about an angled pull bending the mount. With the two hi-lift holes you can lift the front end when needed.<\/p>\n<p>The bull bar keeps branches off the headlights and bonnet. If the car spends a while doing more town driving, take the bull bar off and the bumper stays.<\/p>\n<p>The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. The bolts are stainless.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>Mounting hardware is included, and both the bumper and bull bar can be removed later.
