The kit includes a front bumper with auxiliary light holes and a bull bar. The bumper is not homologated.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made of 4 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Winch mount and frame mounts made of 5 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 fine-texture matt black, bumper in another RAL colour on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliary light holes, shackle mount positions, two hi-lift points for lifting<\/li>\n<li>Bull bar made from 4 mm steel, mandrel bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Bull bar zinc powder primed, removable<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZJFB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The TJ and rocks<\/h2>\n<p>The TJ is a rock crawler, and on the rocks the front end takes more hits than any other part of the car. That is why the main part of the bumper is 4 mm steel. The winch sits inside the bumper on a 5 mm mount built together with the frame mounts, so when you have to winch over a rock or out of the mud, a sideways pull will not twist the mount or break the winch. You can lift the front end from the two hi-lift holes.<\/p>\n<p>The bull bar goes on for forest trails and comes off when you do not need it.<\/p>\n<p>The auxiliary light holes are ready in the bumper \u2013 you can pick matching lights straight from the options. The bolts are stainless.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>All mounting hardware is included. The bumper bolts to the frame and the bull bar to the bumper. Shackle mounts and lights are not included, you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>It will not fit in a parcel locker \u2013 we deliver it as palletised freight.<\/p>\n<p>If the manufacturer does not have it in stock, production takes 2 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Fitting the bumper and bull bar is a modification to the vehicle \u2013 check the Estonian Transport Administration registration requirements before using it on public roads.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Front bumper and bull bar for the Wrangler TJ.
