The bumper has no type approval.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Frame mounts made from 5 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matte black with a fine texture, other RAL colours on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Shackle mount points, two hi-lift points for lifting<\/li>\n<li>LED lights and tow hitch included in the set<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZHW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Putting the pickup's rear end to work<\/h2>\n<p>The back of a Hilux often gets hit in the woods, be it a ditch edge, a rock or a tall stump while reversing. The steel bumper takes the knock and at the same time gives you places to lift the car or pull it out with a strap. The tow hitch is in the set, so towing a trailer stays possible, and the LED lights come with the bumper.<\/p>\n<p>Before painting, the surface is shot blasted and given an epoxy primer, and the mounting bolts are stainless steel.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>The fitting hardware is included and the bumper bolts on; it can be taken off when needed. Shackle mounts are not in the set, you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The long rear bumper is bulky and heavy and travels as palletised freight.
