The bumper is not homologated.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm S700 steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Frame mounts made from 5 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matte black with a fine texture, other RAL colours on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Shackle mount points, two hi-lift points for lifting<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZIF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The trailer stays<\/h2>\n<p>A working pickup tows a trailer, and nobody wants to give that up for a bumper. This bumper is made so that the original hitch stays in use, and at the same time you get shackle mount points at the back for recovery and two hi-lift points for lifting. S700 is a high-strength steel, so the sheet can be 3 mm and the weight stays sensible.<\/p>\n<p>Under the paint there is shot blasting and epoxy primer, with matt black RAL 9005 on top, and all the bolts are stainless steel.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>The mounting hardware is included, and according to the manufacturer's description so is part of the towbar \u2013 ask us before ordering exactly what comes with it. The bumper can be removed when needed. Shackle mounts are not part of the set, you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>It is a big, heavy item, so it comes on a pallet as freight.
