There is a spring inside its head: when the basket hits an obstacle, it tilts up and returns to its original position after the obstacle. The quick-release coupling allows you to attach and detach the basket without tools \u2013 useful if you only need the basket on a hike.<\/p>\n<p>The adjustable construction allows the head to be adjusted to suit both the car and the basket. The primer and RAL 9005 powder coating keep the steel from rusting.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>All mounting hardware is included.
