A hit to the gearbox could mean a leak or worse. The aluminum plate is 6 mm thick and slides over the obstacle. You don&#039;t have to worry about rust, aluminum doesn&#039;t rust.<\/p>\n<p>The plate is laser cut and bent on a press, and finally fitted by hand. Since the protection is made specifically for diesel, manual transmission and double cab, it is not worth ordering it for a car with another version.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>Everything needed for mounting is included and the plate can be removed for maintenance.
