The Heavyweight is Warn's largest 4x4 and work vehicle winch: large drums, series-wound motor and a long line. Designed for heavy pickups, work vehicles and tow trucks.<\/p>\n

It is always advisable to place a \"damper\" that absorbs kinetic energy in the middle of the winch line in case the line snaps while winching. Keep at least 5 wraps on the drum, plus one more turn over those five \u2013 with both cable and rope. This anchors the line firmly to the drum.<\/p>\n |
