The bumper is not homologated.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Winch mount and frame mounts made of 5 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matte black with a fine texture, other RAL colours on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Shackle mount point<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZTK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Slim, with a winch<\/h2>\n<p>If you want a winch on your J150 but not a wide bumper, the slim version is a sensible middle ground. The winch fixes to a 5 mm steel mount inside the bumper and the bumper bolts to the chassis with 5 mm mounts, so an angled pull won't twist the mount and damage the winch or the vehicle. The shackle mount point gives you a recovery point when someone else has to pull you out.<\/p>\n<p>Shot blasting and epoxy primer under the powder coat keep rust away even when the winch rope or a rock scratches the paint.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>All mounting hardware is included and the bumper can be removed if needed. The shackle mount is not included \u2013 you can add it from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>A large item, so we send it as palletised freight.
