The bumper is not homologated.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Winch mount and frame mounts made of 5 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matte black with a fine texture, other RAL colours on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliary light holes, shackle mount points, two hi-lift holes for lifting<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZHZ<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What it changes<\/h2>\n<p>The new Revo's front end gets steel that a winch bolts straight onto. The winch mount and frame mounts are 5 mm steel \u2013 exactly where the winch pull ends up \u2013 so a stuck Hilux can pull itself out of the mud and an angled pull won't twist the mount. The bumper's two holes give a hi-lift a solid lifting point when the front needs raising.<\/p>\n<p>The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. Under the powder coat there's shot blasting and epoxy primer, and the bolts are stainless.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>All mounting hardware is included and the bumper bolts to the chassis; it can be removed if needed. Shackle mounts and lights are not in the kit \u2013 you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The large, heavy package goes out as palletised freight.
