The bumper is not homologated.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Winch mount and frame mounts made of 5 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matte black with a fine texture, other RAL colours on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliary light holes, shackle mount points, two hi-lift holes for lifting<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZSH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>In the woods and the mud<\/h2>\n<p>On a narrow forest track where you can't turn round and no other vehicle can get close, the winch is what brings the Jimny back to firm ground. Here the winch fixes to a 5 mm steel mount inside the bumper, and the bumper bolts to the chassis with 5 mm mounts, so when you have to pull at an angle towards a tree the mount won't twist and neither the winch nor the car gets damaged. Two hi-lift holes let you jack up the nose when needed.<\/p>\n<p>The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. It's finished in fine-textured matt black, or another RAL colour on request.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation<\/h2>\n<p>The kit contains all mounting hardware, the bumper bolts to the frame and can be removed. Shackle mounts and lights are not included \u2013 you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The bumper is large and heavy, which is why it ships as palletised freight.
