The bumper has openings for auxiliary lights. It is not homologated.<\/p>\n<h2>Specifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bumper made from 3 mm sheet steel<\/li>\n<li>Winch mount and frame mounts made of 5 mm steel sheet<\/li>\n<li>Laser cut, CNC press brake bent, hand finished<\/li>\n<li>Shot blasted and epoxy primed<\/li>\n<li>Powder coated in RAL 9005 matte black with a fine texture, other RAL colours on request<\/li>\n<li>Stainless steel bolts<\/li>\n<li>Auxiliary light holes, shackle mount points, two hi-lift holes for lifting<\/li>\n<li>Product code: ZSD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The old Vitara in the woods<\/h2>\n<p>The first-generation Vitara is light and tenacious, but once it sinks into the mud no gear will help. What pulls it out then is a winch fixed to a 5 mm steel mount inside the bumper, and the bumper in turn is fixed to the chassis with 5 mm frame mounts. That way the pull goes into the frame and the mount won't twist even when the tree isn't straight ahead. The two hi-lift holes let you raise the front when the car is hung up on a rock.<\/p>\n<p>The light holes are ready in the bumper, and you can pick suitable lights straight from the options. Shackle mounts and lights are not included \u2013 you can add them from the options.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The package is large and heavy, so we send it as palletised freight.
